I'm not sure I understand your question or what you're trying to do, but
if your plugging headphones into a USB sound card or your USB head
phones are showing up as a sound card then you can configure Windows to
make that the default sound card and then all of your sound will go to
those head phones. In fact, I think this is the normal behavior for
Windows, i.e. if you plug in a USB sound card then it'll become the
default audio device.
