Yep, makes a huge amount of sense to me and thanks for clarifying the memory capabilities of the Sony PC-MD50.
Unfortunately we cannot get that machine in Australia otherwise I'd consider it but for $99.00 U.S.? Well the Zoom H1 is one of those devices not to be passed up.
