i guess what i want to know is this will flac and eac give me bit perfect 
rips?as well?

Flac is a lossless format which means you don't lose sound quality 
compressing to that format.  It is a bit larger than mp3 however so if space 
is a consideration go with mp3.  Otherwise flac is definitely the better 
choice.
