Hi I am having a problem with my USB headset. When I try plugging it in, it is listed as being there; however, it will not switch over to the headset automatically. I need to do it myself, which didn't used to happen. If I am using Jaws, I can disconnect the headset and Jaws goes back to the speakers. If, on the other hand, I try to disconnect the headset after listening to any audio player, it doesn't switch back to the speakers. Winamp, for example crashes. Sometimes, the sounds and audio devices properties stops responding. Does anyone have a clue to what is happening here? I am using Windows XP. All things work well if I don't use the headset. Please help.
