I usually just click on the button that says "i" until it goes away. The
other main button says "q", and you know that one can only lead to misery. I
figure Adobe has become the industry standard in decrapitude and my web
experience will somehow be a bit less awesome if I don't click on that
mysterious button enough times to make it work. The whole thing is quite
comical. We've become slaves to these companies.
If you use firefox you can dispense with all this and get the plugin from
them.

I have had this problem I uninstalled and reinstalled for some reason my
computer does this a lot with the flash player.
