Hello John and all. I have the same problem with my xp machine. It keeps
saying it is installed but when I go to play something it says I need to
install it again.

I know john what you mean about Adobie Flash player My partner is using a 
windows xp home computer and she can install updates then restart the 
computer and the flash player is gone again then goes to reinstall again and

it says it's there and other times she can install it watch what she wants 
perfectly then turn the computer off for the night and when putting back on 
in the morning it says she hasn't got it iinstalled
 what do you think of that then. weard? I installed windows updates today 
nothing to do with internet explorer and again I had to this evening 
reinstall flash player again and it at first didn't want to install

strange I'm using windows 7
