Hey Dave and others, I'm afraid there's no way of doing so for massive stealing huge parts of our database from users of another Internet radio player so we were forced to drop a line making this option unavailable in a standard way. The unconventional way of doing this is the one you've mentioned. I concede it's being rather cumbersome but we had no choice. Beyond that most of the users don't need to know the stream URL unless they want to report a failed station including an updated one which is more than welcome.
