It sounds to me, here in the U.S. that you may have experienced a phishing expedition, from an unknown source, looking for your secret question, etc. I am not trying to be alarmist, but, did you see any other information, from Apple, as to your identity, or was this just a plain text thing, without identifying you?

Hi!

Has anyone had trouble doing this?

I got a message on Sunday that my iTunes account had been disabled and I
was advised to reset the password so I pressed the "Reset" button in
iTunes and a web page came up.

All went well and I was able to get to the "Reset Password" page by
typing the answer to my secret question and here came the problem.

No matter how many times I typed in a new password I couldn't get the
account to reset, there are 2 buttons a "Next" and a "reset" button,
which one do you press and where? The page isn't terribly specific, can
anyone help with this? Thanks in Advance.
