Hi! I've ben using Reaper for over a year and went from version 3.7 to the now available 4.16x and have noticed no accessibility issues, works well with my Screen Reader.
Having said that I don't use each and every tool or function Reaper has to offer but I do know that these upgrades and updates are more bug fixes, performance enhancements and feature additions so its unlikely! that any deliberate attempt would be made to make future versions less accessible than older one's. If there is of course a known problem with accessibility then it should be brought to the attentions of the developers who have been absolutely superb in making Reaper accessible as compared to what it once was very early on.
