The $35 home one is the one I use and is more than adequate should you want
to listen to e.g. the bbc stations.

I have to say that sounds rather expensive, Witopia gives you world-wide
access for $60.00 for 12 months and that's universal as hasbeen pointed out
here.

That's the professional package so therefore it supports all the VPN
protocols you could ever want, Witopia has a less expensive package aimed at
home users for $35.00 which I have not tried.
