did you buy it new or used? is it supposed to come with a remote as standard? if you got it new, and it is supposed to come with one, my first port of call would be where ever you got it from. if it doesn't come with one as standard, but one is available for it, again, is purchased new, I would try where the system came from, to ask for the remote. if you got it used, it is supposed to have a remote, but the seller doesn't have it, then there are a good few specialist remote supply sites around, such as remotes for you, which should be easy to search for. hope some of this helps.
