Hi there! I’ve had a quick look through the owners manual for this product which is available at Operating Instructions - SCHC27 <ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/audio/om/sc-hc27_sc-hc271_en_om.pdf> and I don’t see a remote control mentioned, are you sure this unit actually is provided with one?
