Hi again Hamit.
Because it worked for you, I tried again to burn the single file on a CD and again it did not work. So I copied a Meatloaf album from my collection of CD's and attempted to burn that. It did not work, so it's looking like there is another problem, probably with this computer, which is about 8 years old. I'm going to try tomorrow and burn it on my wife's computer, so fingers crossed.

Incidentally, I looked at the Properties of the file and it was 40.5 mb. A standard track I have from a group called Enya is only 7.6 mb, so you were right right at the start anyway Hamit, you would not get many of these files on a blank CD in any case.

I'm thinking of setting the H6 to MP3, 16 bit at 44 Khz on my next recording session.

I feel that as I like to give CD's away to friends, there is no point in recording at 24 bit, 96 Khz as WAV.

Incidentally, I checked out Nero.com to see their latest version of Nero. It's called, Nero 2016 Platinum - and it's £99.00 to buy, but the system requirements are probably to modering for my computer.

Is this the version you have and will JAWS work well on it. I'm total.

Very best wishes.
Andy.

Subject: 24 bit recording

Hi to the person I've been talking to about the 24 bit file recording. I
tried it with the latest Nero and it worked. I tried it as a UDF CD as Nero
now calls Data CDs and as an Audio CD. Or the format of any CD you buy of
your favorite singer at best buy or where ever and than play it in a boom
box. So not sure how you were trying to burn it and what you tried to play
it on but it worked.
