I also found that service, and no it's not an ap and no subscriptions
needed. If you have the tapin radio software you can search for it, and the
streams are there.

Blindy.tv is a DVS (Described Video Service) which provides free of charge
5 channels of entertainment for the visually impaired community.
Not sure how long they been around but I love what I hear so far. Was able
to do a search for “blindy.tv” on my Victor Stream Reader (OOTunes) and
all 5 channels came up with no problems. Saved all of them as Favorites,
and I’m right now enjoying the original Star Trek series being streamed on
the Sci-Fi channel.
Do you guys know of any other DV sites similar to this one that I can
checkout?
Can’t afford my $149/year Sero membership anymore so I’m looking for more
affordable replacements. Thanks!
