I honestly don't recall what the first gen can handle as far as sies goes.
I've only owned and operated the second gen.

Thanks for this info. Think 128 GB should be sufficient for my needs.

There's no such thing as a perfect SD card. The point? Is that there will be
lemons so to speak regardless of the manufacturer, name etc. the second gen
Victor will handle any SDXC card thrown at it regarding capacity. The
highest I've heard used to date is the 512GB PNY SDXC which last I checked
was at $190.99. there are a decent amount though using the 256GB SDXC PNY
card as well. I myself am only using a 128GB card and haven't filled that up
yet, but I am not one who hangs on to books etc. like most seem to.
So the size is entirely up to your individual budget or lack there of. I
myself would go with the PNY cards and choose whatever size fitting your
comfort level with the cost. Amazon is a great place to go and
look/purchase.

                Hello,

I'm looking to purchase a large capacity card to store a large quantity of
OTR shows encoded in MP3 format on. I'm sick of swapping 64 GB cards for
listening to various genres saved on several SD cards. Just want one big boy
card to put the majority of them on.

What is the largest capacity SD card the Victory Reader Stream can handle?
Also what is the best brand to buy that will last the longest period of
time?

Thanks for any recommendations.
