[pca] xref link dead

There are problems when downloading the current patchdiag.xref file from 
 SunSolve:

$ wget http://sunsolve.sun.com/patchdiag.xref
--2009-04-22 09:06:09--  http://sunsolve.sun.com/patchdiag.xref
Resolving sunsolve.sun.com... 192.18.108.40
Connecting to sunsolve.sun.com|192.18.108.40|:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 404 Not Found
2009-04-22 09:06:10 ERROR 404: Not Found.
Nevertheless, the same link with https works and returns a current xref 
file.
