Requests that are not routed to the Akamai's server(195.22.200.163 a248.e.akamai.net, 195.22.200.186) failed for 403 error(You are not entitled to retrieve this content). I'm located on Italy and my timezone is CET. At 8 PM CET time all OK. At 8.30 PM CET time many patches failed.
