Hi, This patch is an old patch that was never released in .zip format. This is the reason for the fail. If you have the correct entitlements you can download either the .tar.Z format of the patch using URL: https://getupdates.oracle.com/all_unsigned/109962-14.tar.Z or the .jar format using: https://getupdates.oracle.com/all_signed/109962-14.jar (Note: Use unzip to unpack the .jar file...)
