Hi, Thanks for the explanation Don, that makes sense. I got some problem with my FC disks both internal and external that is not related to the disk itself but the FCAL. I thought upgrading the firmware to the latest level could solve my disk problem, hence the need for these patches. To me it's really not a problem as I downloaded them from MOS, but maybe PCA needs a tweak.
