Hello PCCSC Teams, First of all, a ton of thanks to Grace for her help in running the draft at the end of last week!
On Thursday evening, Grace and I went through our out-of-conference draft and assigned berths based upon teams' selections and their scheduling ranking order. The link below is the 2nd Draft of our PCCSC Interconference Schedule, which includes the berths assigned, teams on the waitlist and berths/regattas still available. 2022 PCCSC Interconference Schedule - 2nd Draft <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1T1DAqN3wzsl8xxHDxWVhKwlcwq0DEj3QQuQ9DJBnISs/edit?usp=drive_web> Here is how to read this document: - Green cells next to "PCCSC" indicate that our conference has unfilled berths at that regatta. These are available berths. - If a team is listed in the "Scheduled" column, that means that they have a berth at the regatta. - If a team is listed as "alternates", that means that they would be next up to get a berth or an invite. These are listed in order of the berths being allocated. For example, if "Cal, Cal Poly" were listed in the alternates column, that would mean that Cal would get an invite first, followed by Cal Poly. What do you do now: 1. Review the schedule and check to see which berths your team selected in the draft. 2. *Email me and Grace immediately with drops - we will take those at any time.* The sooner you drop events you don't plan to attend, the sooner we can fill them with other teams. You can confirm that your team has 'dropped' the regatta when you are listed in the "drops" column. 3. See what berths are still available that your team may be interested in attending.* If you are interested in adding a berth (or adding your name to a waitlist or invite list), you may email me and Grace starting at 12:00pm on 12/27.* Berths will be assigned in order of receipt. 4. The finalized schedule will be submitted to the ICSA Scheduling Coordinator on January 7. After that, all changes will need to be made via Danielle (the scheduling coordinator) and the ICSA, with the PCCSC scheduler copied. Thank you all for participating in the draft this year and I look forward to seeing many of you later this winter! Best, Blaine
