PCCSC Teams, We are planning to host the PCCSC Annual Meeting in a hybrid format this winter and each team should plan to have at least one attendee present for the meeting in either format.
The USSC-Long Beach has offered to host and can provide suitable indoor/ventilated and outdoor space for our needs. They are also able to connect the room via TVs and video, allowing those who choose not to or cannot attend to participate remotely. This hybrid format will provide us with the best possible situation - an opportunity to be together in-person with appropriate precautions, and the flexibility to include those who can't travel.
