PCCSC Teams, After consideration by the PCCSC Executive Committee, we have elected to move the Annual Meeting to a fully-remote format. Some basic information:

Please read the following: - *EACH TEAM MUST HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE ON THE CALL* - We will vote via remote format in a google sheet (see requirements for being present and quorum below) - Each team representative will have 1-2 minutes to update the conference on their team. Please include topics like: - Current roster size - Current budget and financial position - Relationship with the school/university - Facility & Equipment - Recruiting - Goals/Aspirations for 2022 - Highlight of 2021 - Part of our annual meeting includes the election of undergraduate and graduate officers. Please consider nominees for the following: - 3 South Area Undergraduates (one of these will serve as our conference Pres) - 3 North Area Undergraduates (one of these will serve as conference VP) - Conference Commissioner - Graduate Executive VPs - We will conduct nominations and voting on the undergraduate representatives in breakout rooms for the South and North regions. *Temporary Update to the ByLaws for voting and quorum:* The Executive Committee approved the following temporary update to the ByLaws pertaining to voting: *For the temporary purposes of the 2022 PCCSC Annual Meeting, the PCCSC Executive Committee has voted that a delegate or officer will be designated as "present" if they have joined the Zoom meeting and have camera on during roll call. Voting will be conducted electronically via google sheet.* *This modifies PCCSC By-Laws Article IX, Section 2: Voting and Section 3: Quorum for the 2022 PCCSC Annual Meeting ONLY.* *Current By-Law text:* Section 2: Voting A majority of the voting delegates and officers present shall constitute a decisive vote on all business except for the election of member institutions and for amendments or additions to the By-Law’s, where a three-fourths vote of the delegates and officers present shall be required. Section 3: Quorum The following quorums must be present at meetings to conduct official business of the Conference: Conference - two-thirds of the regular member institutions, one undergraduate officer and one graduate officer Executive Committee - a majority with a minimum of two representatives from each area association and no less than two undergraduates and one graduate Other Committees - a majority Written proxies do not establish a quorum. >
