*Temporary Update to the ByLaws for voting and quorum:*
The Executive Committee approved the following temporary update to the
ByLaws pertaining to voting:

*For the temporary purposes of the 2022 PCCSC Annual Meeting, the PCCSC
Executive Committee has voted that a delegate or officer will be designated
as "present" if they have joined the Zoom meeting and have camera on during
roll call. Voting will be conducted electronically via google sheet.*

*This modifies PCCSC By-Laws Article IX, Section 2: Voting and Section 3:
Quorum for the 2022 PCCSC Annual Meeting ONLY.*

*Current By-Law text:*
Section 2: Voting
A majority of the voting delegates and officers present shall constitute a
decisive vote on all business except for the election of member
institutions and for amendments or additions to the By-Law’s, where a
three-fourths vote of the delegates and officers present shall be required.

Section 3: Quorum
The following quorums must be present at meetings to conduct official
business of the Conference:

Conference - two-thirds of the regular member institutions, one
undergraduate officer and one graduate officer

each area association and no less than two undergraduates and one graduate
Other Committees - a majority

Written proxies do not establish a quorum.
