I have made an error in the Jeff Simon NOR. The NOR states that "All
sailors, coaches and other personnel who will be at the venue must be able to
show proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of arrival at
the venue.” This should be corrected to "All sailors, coaches and other
personnel who will be at the venue must be able to show proof of a negative
COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of arrival at the venue OR proof of
vaccination.” Hope this clears things up a bit. The amended NOR is attached.
