Hi all. Please take the time to read the rules about disclosing intellectual property as expressed in RFC 3979 and athttp://trac.tools.ietf.org/group/iesg/trac/wiki/IntellectualProperty. Your duties if you are aware of your IPR in IETF work are either to disclose it (or have your company disclose it), or to not participate in discussions or I-Ds which may be encumbered by the IPR. It is permissible for you to make an "interim" disclosure by notifying the mailing list that you believe there might be IPR associated with some work - this helps you continue with the work in the (hopefully short) time that it takes your company to make the full disclosure.
Note that if you know of another party's IPR that might be relevant, you are strongly encouraged to file a third party disclosure. JP& Julien _______________________________________________ Pce mailing list [email protected] https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/pce
