Will it be more clear that points out RFC7470 defined the Vendor-Information Object and Vendor-Information-TLV for stateless PCE(PCReq/PCRep Message), then this document extends it to stateful PCE? Especially includes the vendor information in PCRpt/PCUpd/PCInitiate Message. In the "Abstract" and "Introduction" parts, the corresponding sentences have all no such explicit statements.
