I have read this document and find it is useful and support its forwarding.

Stateful PCE defines more processing than stateless PCE, it is necessary to
check whether these processes need to consider Vendor Information.
For example, in the case of following functions, the Vendor Information
object/TLV may be not necessary in the relalted PCEP message:
During LSP State Synchronization, all PCRpt message need not contain the Vendor
Information, especially for the end of sync.
When Revoke a delegation, the PCRpt message need not contain the Vendor
Information.
When Return a delegation, the PCUpd message need not contain the Vendor
Information.
Maybe for some LSP status "Up", "Down" report in the duplicated message, it
also not need contain the Vendor Information, because there is SRP-ID-number to
identify the entry in the LSP-DB and Vendor Information can be retrieved.

Can authors consider the optimazition to reduce the cost of Vendor Information
if a large number of LSPs share the same Vendor Information ?
