Well i have one (including manual), bought a couple of years ago.
Got it running at it's rated speed, never got it overclocked much
because it wouldn't run reliably.
The first four switches determine the bus ratio; 3/4 on is a 4:1 ratio
and 3 on is a 5:1 ratio.
These settings worked best for me: 3 on (5:1 ratio), 6/7/9/12 on which
accounts for an busspeed of 46 mhz.
It would go to far to mention all the possibilities of the dipswitches.
But if you want i could scan and mail you the manual.
