The dimms I had in were in A6, B6, etc.

I reversed it and ended up with 88 megs.

Took it back apart and started back in A6, B6, A5,
etc.

I now have 96 megs?

Lets see, 80 + 32 = 96?

Having recently had troubles like this with my brothers computer installing
Dimms, we discovered something about the dimm he was adding, His Mac
requires 2K refresh memory, when we added 4K memory the computer only
recognized 1/2 the of the dimm installed. So a 32 might seem like a 16 to the
Mac (not sure at all if this is the case with 9500's) so 80+16=96. His Mac is
a 5400/180. My 7500 doesn't have these troubles, but I have no idea about the
9500's memory requirememnts. Might be whats happening here, hopefully someone
here can correct this If I am wrong.
