I just installed a Seagate 9.1 gb SCSI drive, 50 pin, 7200 spindle. Norton
tells me this drive is about 15% slower than my Maxtor 8.4 gb ATA drive. I
was somewhat surprised. The install went fine, and there are many narrow
scsi drives on eBay and certainly other vendors have some older models on
sale. My next drive will be another ATA that is in the dozens of GB sizes,
and will forego any future SCSI drives, due I guess to the slow SCSI
interface of my 6400.
