Should work just fine.  And see if you can upgrade the L2 cache as well
- to 512K or 1 MB.  IIRC, 7500's stock cache is 256K.  A 604/150 and a
512K or larger cache will provide a substantial performance boost -
nice, cheap upgrade.  
Which version logic board do you have?  FWIW, if it's not a VAL-4 board,
your 7500 *MAY* be able to use a PCPro 604e as well.  I've heard many
reports of successful upgrades with these 60 MHz bus daughtercards -
YMMV.  If you have a chance to pick one up cheap, it may be worth your while.
