I ordered a DIMM last Friday. Using the "My Account" feature on
their Web site, the status seems to be still unshipped today. I foolishly
did not notice at the time of my order that 3-day cost $0.00 more than
ground, so mine's a ground order; perhaps they're gonna make it take its
sweet time...
I tried phoning them today, but their sales number dumped to
voicemail, with a full mailbox.
An order from them about a month ago came through quickly and just
fine.
