I tried today to order some RAM from Velocity, and could not successfully
penetrate their system using Netscape. I tried ordering by phone, and got
a salesperson who told me to call again in an hour or two when he expected
not to be as busy. I decided not to do business with them. If an outfit
that sells via Internet cannot master how to do it well, it's not unlikely
that there are inadequacies in other parts of their operation as well, and
I don't want to risk the consequences. Back to Datamem and OWC, who do it
