That doesn't sound right at all, so my 160MB/sec SCSI card will only be
33Kbit per sec?  
I don't buy into that at all.  My PC has a 100BaseT card and it is on the
PCI bus, as is my Mac, so you are saying that I can only run a 100BaseT
connection at 33Kbit because the PCI bus is slow?  

Sorry, I don't buy into that.  The PCI bus is not a limitation at all.
Especially graphics cards too...
