I have a couple of Power Mac (5 Volt) DIMMs that I am trying to identify. I haven't found much on: http://www.chipmunk.nl/dram/ChipManufacturers.htm and I haven't heard back from the manufacturers, so any help would be gratefully received. -------- 8MB RAM DIMM: "Southland Micro Systems" Chips marked: SP07941 E VG2644 0OBJ S34-70 Stickers: SMA8MB604E BO20488 70ns no problem 5 Volts as they work in an 8600 EDO or FPM ??? Refresh ? 1K, 2K ? 16Mb ? 1Mx16 ? ---------- 64MB DIMM: Nanya Chips marked: NT511740COJ-60 60ns no problem 5 Volts as they work in an 8600 Using cross references with Hyundai and IBM I gather: 2K refresh and 4Mx4 ???
