My guess -- and it's only a guess -- is that this cache will run fine at 
the 40 MHz bus speed of the 7200/120, but not at the faster bus speed of 
a 7200/90 (45 MHz bus), 7500/100 (50 MHz bus), etc.

Another possibility is that there may have been issues with the DOS card 
in the 7200/120 requiring a specific type of cache. Less likely, but 
possible.
