My personal favorite is SoundApp-it's simple, it's free, and I've
never known it to jump or stutter, regardless of what else I'm doing.
I've even crashed my 7600-bomb message and all, once or twice, and
Soundapp finished playing the tune it was in the middle of when the
crash occurred.
