I used to work in a camera store in Rochester (Kodak) N.Y. and the Nikons were
great 35mm SLRs, pro end cameras for still images, but Olympus made the better
lenses for the point and shoot cameras, which they have brought over to their
digital cameras and the image quality of their digitals is the best I have seen!
Oh, I am a Nikon snob too, all 4 of my land and 3 of my underwater cameras are made
by Nikon!!!
