If your only concern is the bus speed, rest easy.

Your 7600 is fully capable of running the system bus at 50 MHz. It is the CPU
which basically determines the bus speed. All of the 7300-9600 boards were
designed to run between 40-50 MHz (depending on the speed of the processor
combined with the highest multiplier that yielded a bus speed of 50 MHz or
less). And in fact, with a 200 MHz CPU in it now, you're currently running a
50 MHz bus.

The seller should probably have mentioned that it was an upgraded system
instead of a stock 7600/200, but in eBay terms that's a pretty minor
transgression.
