Depends on what you are doing with your computer. If your tasks are
computationally intensive (video editing, 3D modeling, games, audio) the
you want the extra speed of the 400. If you are just surfing the web and
using MS Word, Photoshop, etc., then you could go with the 300 and you
wouldnt be missing out.
