I've added a PCI Radeon to my PM9600 and I noticed the fan noise of
the Radeon immediately. I bought the card about 8 or 9 months ago,
I think. After much reading on http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/ I ended
up disconnecting the power to the Radeon's fan. Because the 9600
already has a fan blowing on the PCI slot area and the fact I'm not
playing FPS games constantly, I figured I could get away with it.
So far no problems.
