You cannot afford to not get Norton, or DiskWarrior. You will soon be
losing all the data on your hard drive.
I believe that there is a version (???Norton 5.0???) available somewhere
for $30. With begging, you may be able to talk 'em into $15. I cannot
remember for sure where i got mine, but i think it was

There is no book included, just the CD ROM.
