yeah, shareware finder windows pro. it installs a teeny weeny 
extension called finder window or something and it inserts a window 
menu item to the finder. the best thing i've ever seen for the 
finder. any OS. i had it running smoothly on OS 8.1, and OS 8.5 and 
8.6, too. [no affiliation with the folx who wrote it] so i think 
it'll run on 9.x.x .
