I have one of those wheeled holders for the tower. Makes it easier to swing it
out for cleaning. Nothing is really up against it. I'm wondering if it would be
worth it to replace this drive with a better one. But I know nothing about HDs
since every computer I have is still running the original hard drive. I'd give
it a shot but the 8500 is a nightmare to open and mess with. The nearest Apple
tech is 2 hrs away. The tech I was using was fired and the company decided not
to service Macs anymore.
