Albert,

Would you mind posting the exact name of the extension you are 
referring to above. At present, I have over two dozen various USB 
related extensions in my System folder, many of which are Apple 
extensions, but if you could post the exact name, maybe I can figure 
out which version of that particular one I have.

Also wondering what machine, OS, etc. you're running, and what USB 
devices you are using.
