Just recently I bought some RAM for a printer from Outpost.com. When they arrived I
installed them only to find that the printer would not work correctly and reinstalling
the original ram worked fine. I sent it back to them and within a week and a half
received an email and a credit on my cc for the amount. I've also purchased from
Buy.com before but never had to return anything to them so I'm not sure about their
policy regarding that.
What I've also seen is that sometimes places may be a bit higher but also have better
service.
My 2.5cents worth. :)
