If you know what you want, you shouldn't need to return it; make
sure. Defective products are usually treated differently. They should
replace it with the same product. Otherwise, Olympus will replace it
anytime throughout the warranty period.
Restocking fees and short return policies are responsible for the
reduced price of the product. The larger stores loose quite a bit in
order to take care of the customer. The increased prices pay for this
service.
For certain things, I would only shop at the more reliable places; RAM etc.
You might want to go to a local brick & mortar store to check it out
in person before you buy.
