I've forgotten what machine you have but the SCSI bus indigineous to your
machine probably won't have an interface with more than 10 MBs trtansfer rate. A
newer SCSI host adapter/card can be obtained that will match the transfer rate
of your drive.
This card will have internal and external connectors.
