The resistors for termination would be near the SCSI connector and be long 
(about 1/2") and are usually grouped in 3 with 6-8 pins each.  They are usually 
black, socketed and you can remove them.  The A1-A4 jumpers are for the Drive 
ID.  DS is for Delay Spin, and RS (depending on the manufacturer) is a reserved 
jumper.
