That also goes for the ATI "patch" The result of several e-mails to both Sonettech and ATI tech is that they" know" about the kernel panic-on board video problem and continue to "look at it (?)". To my knowledge, looking at their web site postings , nothing has happened and I bet nothing ever will with respect to unsupported mac boxes. Because of this, I have purged all OSX ( and OS 10.1 ) off my hard drive partitions and have 100% returned to my trusty, fast and ferocious OS9.1 with my Rage Orion video card in place!!
