They told me I needed a bracket for drive, which I bought. When I opened up and looked around, I called and asked what I needed bracket for. They gave me their Fedex account # for that. When I went to return the first two RAM DIMMS, I told them I already had their Fedex # from returning the bracket and asked if I could send it back that way. They said no. Although, now that it's happened twice, maybe this time they would let me. I don't want to just use the number. They might not accept it and if they return it to me, I might not have enough days since they issued the RMA number to get it back to them (I believe they have to have it within 10 days of issuing #).
